Meet ROONEY

ROONEY is a young, male adult who came to us third-hand as a surrender. He was running around a neighborhood for a week - unclaimed and hard to catch. He is now fully vetted and has been very well-mannered while with us. He is crate trained, leash trained, house trained, and loves to play with other dogs. He probably weighs 12-15 lbs and is full grown. His coat could use a trim although he looks cute all scruffy too. He does not appear to be yappy?
