Shelby

SHELBY is a 3-4-year-old female beagle mix who weighs 27 lbs. She came to us from the shelter about ready to deliver puppies. (They were born 3 days later; all 10 of them!) Shelby is a good mother, but the puppies are old enough to be adopted, and it's time for Shelby to concentrate on herself. She's in a great foster home where we're getting to know her. She's on the shy side but catching on fast as to what it's like to get human attention. Leash training, crate training, house training are all on the agenda. Mostly she just likes to lie at her foster mom's feet while mom works from home. We're sure she'll blossom into a wonderful little dog and be ready in the upcoming weeks for her own forever home.
