Meet MUGSY

MUGSY is a 5-year-old male, Jack Russell mix. He adopted out as a puppy and was returned when the "Jack Russell temperament" didn't turn out to be the personality the family was looking for. MUGSY is a Terrier at heart. He's confident, he's up for the chase and almost loyal to a fault. (Overly protective is another way to put it.) He's the perfect size at 24 lbs, and he's very healthy. He's been through obedience training and did well with that.

His perfect home? Probably an adult home with an owner who's as confident as he is. Terrier owners know what we're talking about; they're great dogs, but they must know who the boss is. If not, they're ready to rule the world. Mugsy could get along with another dog as long as it's a big dog and not one to get in his personal space. For the right person, he's got attitude, he's got personality, and he's got plenty of love to give!
