Meet DAWSON - Paws Behind Bars Trained

DAWSON is a 2-year-old male Labrador Retriever mix who weighs 82 lbs. Dawson has bumped around a bit. He was adopted from a shelter a year ago and then surrendered to us. He's a big boy. His inmate is working on composure and obedience, and Dawson is finally getting the commitment he needs. He's very smart, and, once he knows the rules, he'll work to please. Dawson will probably do best as an only dog (although he lived nicely with a female dog in his surrendering family). His protective traits are high. Cats are a no. For the right person(s), he'll be a wonderful, loyal companion who certainly deserves a family who will commit to him.
